By appointment only !  These doors remain locked, I’ll meet you to let you in for your scheduled appointment. Please call or use website to send a message to schedule your appointment during business hours. See Contact me tab for contact information. 

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This time allows you to check in and fill intake forms and prepare for your appointment. 

Late Policy

If you arrive late your appointment may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending how late you arrive, your therapist may determine if enough time remains to start an appointment. In this situation regardless of the length of massage given, you will be responsible for the full appointment cost originally scheduled. Please be respectful and considerate and be on time.  

Cancellation Policy

A 24 hour advance notice is requested when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows enough time to schedule someone else in that time. If you are unable to give 24 hour advance notice, you will be charged 50% of your missed appointment, payment for missed/ cancelled appointments must be paid prior to scheduling any future appointments.

No Show Policy

Anyone who forgets or consciously chooses to simply no show their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a "no show".   They will be required to pay 50% of missed appointment to book any future appointments and may be required to pre-pay for future appointments.
